When you decide to work with NetSmart Media you will be assigned a Account Manager that communicates with you (at minimum) on a weekly basis. Of course, you can contact your Account Manager at any time you like, but our goal is to work in the background, provide great results, and let you do what you do best: Run Your Business.

We also have a Managing Director that you can interact with if an issue needs to be escalated. It's important that you know we have an accountability structure in place so you are always protected. Our services are high-touch and high-traffic which equals exceptional results for you.

We provide a wide array of services for each client. The number of services we can provide is quite extensive, so please don't consider the list below exhaustive.

They are general guidelines of what we provide you. During your free evaluation you will discuss your exact goals with one of our Online Business Experts.

Optimization Package - Every NetSmart Media client invests in this package when joining us. It is the initial setup of your new site or installing our platform on your existing site. Each situation is different and during your free evaluation your exact goals will be defined.

Benefits Include:

Unlimited hosting on one of our dedicated servers. You will never incur extra fees for hosting your website no matter your bandwidth and storage space requirements.
Installation and setup of our custom content management software.
Complete graphic design of your new or existing site. This can also include a logo design if your company needs one done.
Customization to fit the needs of your site so you can reap the most benefit. Your Account Manager will know the best practices for setting up your site properly.
Account setup with all of the different websites we use to promote your site. Normally, a client needs between 30-40 accounts setup to promote their site.
Whatever content you have available when we get started the Account Manager will put onto your site. We offer additional services for more extensive content creation.
Design and implementation of your goals including, but not limited to, sales funnels, lead generation and ad serving. If you have a shopping cart we can integrate it into your new site and we will set one up for an extra fee.

Site Management Package – This package is designed to bring you traffic that grows over time and generates more exposure for your site. Each NetSmart Media client is required to invest a minimum of 3 months with us so we can show you considerable results.

Benefits Include:

Putting fresh content on your site a minimum of 5 days a week. Much of our success comes from consistently posting fresh content and marketing the new content properly.
Creating and implementing ongoing marketing campaigns. We understand how to bring you the best results and we constantly strive to increase your exposure.
Marketing of each and every post made to your site. After new content is put on your site, we have a proprietary process for marketing the new content.
Depending on your goals we will constantly test important aspects of your site to increase conversion rates and provide you the best results.
Any and all site updates are done by the Account Manager. If you want something done, just send the Account Manager an email and the work will be done for you.
Weekly progress reports are provided to you. These detailed weekly reports include work done to the site and your latest traffic statistics and website analytics.
